Cancellation Policy

Do you have monthly subscription access, one-time pay membership access, or another type of product altogether? This cancellation policy only applies to montly subscriptions and one-time pay members.

First: bummer! We don't want you to go! Is there something we could be doing better? Please use the email address discussed below to let us know if there is something we can do to make your experience even better.

Please note, the Terms of your purchase is the governing the document when it comes to your product's cancelation policy. If this cancellation policy differs from the Terms of your purchase, then the Terms of your purchase will be the governing document. With that said, here's how you can cancel.

Monthly Subscription Access
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time with 72 hours notice of your monthly anniversary date. Your payment is set to pay each monthly anniversary date of your purchase. If you cancel before 72 hours of this anniversary date, you will not be charged for the subsequent month. However, if you do not provide 72 hours notice for cancellation, you may be charged for the subsequent month at the price you agreed to pay when you made your purchase with us. Any time you cancel before your monthly anniversary date, your membership will remain active until your anniversary date. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Once your cancellation request is made, you cannot undo your cancellation and to gain access to the product, you will have to purchase it again subject to availability and updated pricing.

To cancel a monthly subscription, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Urgent: Cancel Membership" using the email address you utilized to purchase your membership. Please provide your full name, email address, billing address, and a sentence making it clear you want to cancel. If you would like, we'd also like to know why you are canceling - but an explanation is not required to cancel.

One-Pay, Single-Pay, or Elite Membership Access (billed once; not recurring)
You have paid for one-month access to your product. Your credit card will not be billed again for your purchase -- even upon the year anniversary of your purchase date. You may cancel and we can remove your ability to log into our system. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, even if you are not utilizing your full year access to the product. Once your cancellation request is made, you cannot undo your cancellation and to gain access to the product, you will have to purchase it again subject to availability and updated pricing.

To cancel your account and have us remove your ability to log into our system, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Urgent: Cancel Product Access" using the email address you utilized to purchase your access to the product. Please provide your full name, email address, billing address, and a sentence making it clear you want to cancel. If you would like, we'd also like to know why you are canceling - but an explanation is not required to cancel.

Other Purchases
Some purchases you may have made may not be related to purchasing access to materials behind our password protected section of our site. For this reason, you must access the terms associated with that purchase to see if "cancellation" is applicable to your situation.
